Bernie Jordan
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Bernie has been the Executive Director of Let’s Share the Sun for the past 3 years. She received her Master’s in Social Innovation from the University of San Diego in 2018. She has 5 years of experience of managing teams and executing federal grants. Bernie enjoys connecting with beneficiaries and believes local communities will bring about real change.

Lucas Barreto
PUERTO RICO LEAD

Lucas from San Juan, Puerto Rico graduated with a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Notre Dame. Lucas oversees solar installations, working closely with beneficiaries and partners to ensure successful project delivery. He bridges the technical and human sides of the mission, ensuring every installation makes a lasting impact.

EDUCATIONAL COORDINATOR

Ada from Salinas, Puerto Rico drives Let's Share the Sun’s educational initiatives, helping communities understand the power and potential of solar energy. She ensures beneficiaries can fully benefit from their systems and raises awareness about sustainable energy.

Sasha from Adjuntas, Puerto Rico, plays a vital role in beneficiary intake, capturing the realities of life in Puerto Rico through photos and detailed documentation. Her work ensures that every family’s needs are carefully understood and met.
