Before traveling, you’ll have a chance to meet us (virtually or in person). This is where we get to know each other, talk more in depth about what to expect, and share the mission behind Let’s Share the Sun.

Coordinate Dates

Together, we’ll confirm open spots on upcoming delegations and make sure the timing works with your schedule. Flexibility is key, and we’ll help match you with the right trip.

Prepare for the Trip

We’ll provide you with everything you need: sample agenda, packing list, waiver forms, and background on the community you’ll be visiting. You’ll feel supported and ready before you board the plane.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

Delegations are more than solar installations — they’re about people, culture, and transformation. Here’s what you can expect when you join Let’s Share the Sun in the field.
